Genuine cushion cut blue topaz with trapezoid diamonds set in 14kt white gold. The customer brought only the topaz & this was created from a vision
A gentleman brought this in, incorrect crown & side diamonds were set loose. Diamond was reset in the proper 14kt white gold 6 prong crown, side diamonds were tightened & sapphires were supplied for an elegant accent.
